The MCHG2-80M pneumatic gripper from Mindman is a three-finger gripper with an 80mm piston diameter. It replaces the previous MCHG series and features mounting holes on the body. The gripper has an operating pressure range of 0.1~0.6 MPa, an ambient temperature range of ï¼ 10~＋60℃, and a maximum operating frequency of 30~120 c.p.m. Lubrication is not required. The effective force at 0.5 MPa ranges from 14N~1270N externally and 16N~1320N internally. Additionally, the gripper comes with either a 2-wire non-contact sensor switch (RDFE(V)) or a 3-wire NPN (RNFE(V)) or PNP (RPFE(V)) sensor switch.
