Mindman's MCHG2-40M pneumatic gripper features a three-finger design with a 40mm piston diameter, replacing the previous MCHG series. It mounts via holes on the body and operates with an air pressure range of 0.1 to 0.6 MPa. This double-acting gripper has an effective force range of 14N to 1270N externally and 16N to 1320N internally at 0.5 MPa. It operates at a maximum frequency of 30 to 120 c.p.m. without requiring lubrication. Sensor switches are available in two-wire non-contact (RDFE(V)) and three-wire NPN (RNFE(V)) or PNP (RPFE(V)) configurations. It operates in temperatures ranging from -10° to 60° Celsius.
