The MCHG2-40 pneumatic gripper from Mindman boasts three fingers and a 40mm piston diameter. It serves as a replacement for the legacy MCHG series. Mounting holes are located on the body for convenient installation. This double-acting gripper operates using air as the fluid within a pressure range of 0.1~0.6 MPa. It functions effectively in ambient temperatures ranging from -10°C to 60°C without freezing. The maximum operating frequency ranges from 30~120 (c.p.m). No lubrication is required for this gripper. It delivers an effective force of 14N~1270N (external) and 16N~1320N (internal) at 0.5 MPa. The sensor switch options include 2-wire RDFE(V) (non-contact) and 3-wire RNFE(V) (NPN) and RPFE(V) (PNP).
