The MCHG2-25M pneumatic gripper manufactured by Mindman is a three-finger gripper with a piston diameter of 25mm, designed to replace the old MCHG series. It features mounting holes on the body and full specifications. The double-acting gripper operates on air with an operating pressure range of 0.1~0.6 MPa, an ambient temperature range of -10~60°C, and a maximum operating frequency of 30~120 c.p.m. It does not require lubrication and has an effective force range of 14N~1270N (external) and 16N~1320N (internal) at 0.5 MPa. The gripper can be equipped with various sensor switches, including 2-wire RDFE(V) non-contact, 3-wire RNFE(V) NPN, and 3-wire RPFE(V) PNP options.
