The Mindman MCHG2-100M pneumatic gripper features three fingers and boasts a piston diameter of 100mm, effectively replacing the outdated MCHG series. Its body is equipped with mounting holes. This gripper operates on air with an operating pressure range of 0.1-0.6 MPa. It thrives in ambient temperatures between -10 and 60 degrees Celsius, has a maximum operating frequency of 30-120 cycles per minute, and doesn't require lubrication. The gripper's effective force ranges from 14N to 1270N externally and 16N to 1320N internally at 0.5 MPa. It can be fitted with various sensor switches, including 2-wire non-contact RDFE(V), 3-wire NPN RNFE(V), and 3-wire PNP RPFE(V).
