Knocks FDO.55 G MAN FRL Service Unit Assemblies are complete assemblies of Filter Regulator, Lubricator, and Gauge units. These units are made in Germany and feature a metallic chassis with polycarbonate bowls. They are designed for 1" port size and have a manual drain with a G63 16 bar gauge. The air line regulator has a diaphragm and relieving feature, and the centrifugal force principle with sintered filter and proportional oiler. The filter element is 40 μm standard with an 8 μm absolute rating. Maximum media and ambient temperature is 60°F. The bowl volume is 300 cm³ condensation volume and 550 cm³ oil bowl. These units are designed to be mounted vertically with a drain plug at the bottom. They have a supply pressure of Pe max.16 bar and a reduced pressure of Pa 0.5-10 bar standard.
