This MCHG-100 pneumatic gripper manufactured by Mindman features three fingers with a piston diameter of 100mm. It has mounting holes and operates within an ambient temperature range of -10°C to 60°C. The operating pressure range is 0.1~0.6 MPa, with a maximum operating frequency of 30~120 c.p.m. No lubrication is required. It produces an external effective force of 14N~1270N and an internal effective force of 16N~1320N at 0.5 MPa. The gripper is equipped with sensor switches, including non-contact 2-wire RDFE(V) and NPN/PNP 3-wire RNFE(V)/RPFE(V).
